I paid through paypal but why is it taking so long for me to get my items?
If you pay using PayPal there should be no delay in shipping out from our facility ....
UNLESS ....
you pay by ECheck.
If you pay by ECheck through PayPal, we will not ship out items until payment is received. This can take an addition 3-5 days. So make sure you add those additional days to your shipping time.

My PAYPAL payment didn't go through!! Did my order go through?
If you comfired your order and was in the process of being directed to the Paypal website, we received your order. Another way you know the order went through is by checking your email. You should have received an order confirmation email.
When we receive the order and notice your payment through paypal did not go through (or not payment was sent) we will send you an email requesting payment. All you have to do is send money to us and you will receive shipping information once the item has shipped.
You should receive a payment request from us within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us, email us at admin@mybeaumonde.net.

Why did I receive an email from PayPal requesting payment?
You were sent this email because we noticed an order from you but no payment. This is a payment request from us through PayPal. If you think this is in error or have no idea why you received this email, please email us at admin@mybeaumonde.net.

Why wasn't I directed to the PayPal page?
Sometimes due to security set up and/or pop up stoppers on individual's computers, our website will try to redirect you to PayPal, but it will not go through.

Questions about the accessories
AB (Aurora Borealis) coating is the coating put on crystals to give it an iridescent glow. With AB coating, the crystal will show an array of rainbow colors giving it a beautiful colorful effect and under the light, give the crystal a beautiful shine and enhance reflection.

Why do some of the pictures different color in the side views? How do I know for sure which color I am buying? (Example :: Main picture displays a blue color item and side view is pink.)
Usually only one picture is taken of a item's side view. So, if a specific style has 6 color only one side view is taken. Therefore, the side view picture can vary from the front view picture. If you are buying an item and there are 2 different colors (different front and side view), the first picture (usually the front view) will be the color of the item.

Are the items lead free or lead compliant?
All our items are lead compliant. What this means is that, there are some items with do contain lead, BUT, they do not contain levels where they are harmful to you. We recommend you take the items off when you go to sleep, but enjoy them while you are awake!

I don't understand the measurements. Can you explain how the items your measured?

I have been checking the site but the hair claw I wanted is no longer listed!! Will it be relisted?
Many items are limited and/or special editions made by the manufactor. If you know remember the item and can describe the product email us at admin@mybeaumonde.net and we will see if we can track down the item for you. Unfortuneately because of these limited or specials edition items, the accessory may no longer be available or may take a while to bring back into stock.

Are these accessories to dressy and flashy for everyday wear?
Even though these accessories may seem too blingy, flashy, or dazzling for everyday wear that is not so. You can wear them to work and they will give your hair a little "umph" and style. Also, why use an ordinary, dull accessory when you can wear something sophisticated and stylish?

At this time, we do not have any catalogs.
We do not sale wholesale, but we do offer discounts for large orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Normally we do not ship internationally. The cost of shipping is quite high and most people consider it a deterrent. But if you would really like the items, you need to email us. We will give you an estimated shipping cost. If everything is agreeable, we will send you a money request through PayPal.com. Once payment is received, order will be sent.
We only accept payment through PayPal.com for international orders. Order will be shipped out once, payment receipt has been confirmed.
