Items can only be returned, exchanged or refunded within 14 days from receipt of order.
Refunds for returned items will be given MINUS a 20% restocking fee (the 20% will be taken from the cost of the item before taxes and shipping and handling). If you are returning an item due to damage when you received the item, please contact us first so we can discuss an exchange, refund and/or returning item.
Items purchased on clearance and sale cannot be returned (or exchanged) unless item was received damaged (i.e. opened package to find item was broken in half); otherwise with clearance and sales items all sales are final.
If an item is returned and is found to be worn, used and/or damaged due to customer usage or misuse, a refund will not be given.
If an item is returned without contacting us first and there is no attaching RETURN (RMA) #, it may delay the time you receive a refund or you may not receive a refund. If the item you are returning has no RMA# and the item gets lost via transport or we never receive the item at our facility, there will be NO REFUND GIVEN. Beau Monde Accessories is not responsible for any returned items without a Return (RMA) Number.
For returning items, Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded and return shipment will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be returned in the package sent in (i.e. box and/or bubble wrap the items came in)
If you are going to return items follow this process:
- Email us at admin@MYBEAUMONDE.net
- Include the ORDER#, ITEM or ITEMS (with item code) and quantity
- Reason for return - especially if the item arrived to you damaged
- Wait for a response from BEAU MONDE ACCESSORIES. You will received a RETURN (RMA)#

- After a RMA# is given, you have 10 days to return the item. If the item is not received within that time period, we will assume you are keeping the item and not returning the item. No refund will be issued.
Please remember this does not happen often, but with any accessory there is a risk of the stones falling out. We will gladly try to assist you in replacing the stone if you receive and item with a stone missing. We will send you a stone as similar to the original stone as possible. If you loose a stone from an item, as long as it is 4 months from the purchase date, we will send you are similar stone. Due to wear and uncontrollable measures (i.e. item falling on the floor numerous times, not taking care of the item, pet getting to item) we cannot replace stones lost past 4 months. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions. We will still try to help you if stones are needed. The accessories from Beau Monde are double checked to make sure there are of the highest quality possible and would not sell inferior products. If there are any problems or concerns, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.
